In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, Members and Attendees, by the execution of this waiver, release and discharge the CATS Classic Cougar Club, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and servants, and anyone else connected with management or presentation of any and all club meetings, shows, swap meets, events, outings, clinics, or functions from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims whatsoever that may be suffered by any attendee’s, attendee’s family, friends, guests, or acquaintances to his/her personal property. Further, each attendee expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of an attendee, attendee’s family, friends, guests or, acquaintances or participant assisting or cooperating with the attendee, attendee’s family, friends, guests, or acquaintances and under the direction or control of an attendee, attendee’s family, friends, guests, or acquaintances.
