Group Rates (Per Night):     

• Thursday, August 12, 2027: $139.00 + 6% tax  

• Friday, August 13, 2027: $169.00 + 6% tax

• Saturday, August 14, 2027: $169.00 + 6% tax 

• Check-out: Sunday, August 15, 2027 

• Plenty of Trailer parking at Gilmore car museum to leave your car trailer there. Car trailers are parked at the museum all the time with no issues.  

All rates are based on Double Occupancy. Each Additional Adult: $10.00. Children under the age of 17 no extra charge.              

Included in the room rate is Parking, our Hot Breakfast Buffet, Wi-Fi, Gym and Indoor Swimming Pool Access.         

Individual Room Cancelation Policy: 6pm One Day Prior to Arrival - No Charge.          

   

Cutoff Date: The last day to make room reservations is July 15, 2027.  After that date, all unsold rooms will be released.
